The term "Web 2.0" refers to a perceived second generation of web development and design, that aims to facilitate communication, secure information sharing, interoperability, and collaboration on the World Wide Web. Web 2.0 concepts have led to the development and evolution of web-based communities, hosted services, and applications; such as social-networking sites, video-sharing sites, wikis, blogs, and folksonomies. Small business loans or loans to help a person start a small business are one of the most used financial products.  Small business loans are harder to get these days due the credit crunch. Obama has pledged to hold banks accountable for accepting bailout money. Because of this, it should be easier to get short term loans for business from banks.  Small businesses created about 70% of new jobs in the last ten years, according to some estimates. It is one of the cornerstones of the American economy – remember that Apple and Microsoft both began with someone getting small business loans. In the opening talk of the first Web 2.0 conference, O'Reilly and John Battelle summarized what they saw as the themes of Web 2.0. They argued that the web had become a platform, with software above the level of a single device, leveraging the power of "The Long Tail," and with data as a driving force. According to O'Reilly and Battelle, an architecture of participation where users can contribute website content creates network effects. Web 2.0 technologies tend to foster innovation in the assembly of systems and sites composed by pulling together features from distributed, independent developers. (This could be seen as a kind of "open source" or possible "Agile" development process, consistent with an end to the traditional software adoption cycle, typified by the so-called "perpetual beta".)

It is so overwhelming, that there are some site that trying to help some surfers in the computer for their query. So I’d likely to compare it with the site of GradeGov.com, who find ways to help further citizens. A lot of people would like to check out GradeGov.com.  GradeGov.com or GradeGov is the brainchild of Elizabeth Letchworth, who served for almost thirty years as Secretary of the Majority and Minority in the Senate.  She launched the website so that citizens could voice their approval or disapproval of their representatives and senators.     Some don't come as too much of a surprise – Rep. Ron Paul (R, TX) has the highest grade of B plus, but the absolute bottom of the barrel is Rep. Timothy Bishop (D, NY) who got an F and the rank of 531, last on the list.  It's a free site to view – no short term loans needed to look up your state's representatives on GradeGov.com.
